I have but I found that some people are very convenient oriented and some just want to believe what they want to believe.  As long as they are getting the amount that they want then they are good.  Plus, those ibuyers have a big budget for advertising in promoting how easy it is to sell a home with them.

Well, you also can negotiate with an agent and be skillfully negotiated on your behalf, but no such thing during online transaction.

Katina I haven't seen this info graphic before, it's awesome.   I have penciled this out for several sellers this past few years and it's never a winner for them. I usually ask them.....wouldn't you prefer having the money in your bank account rather then some investor.  Of course they would. Plus we have a team in place that can easily do repairs or get house ready for market which makes them even a bigger ROI....and they're reasonable cost.

The "We Buy Ugly Houses" flyers that we saw tacked up on telephone poles and plastered on roadway signs have been digitized and now they are called iBuyers.

Same concept but with wide internet exposure and backed by venture capitalists who have stumbled onto their newest shiny object.

I have not had the need to - we don't have any active iBuyer companies in our area to talk about. We have too much moisture and moisture related issues (mold and mildew, rot, pests etc) to be a target area for these iBuyer companies. Hopefully they will all go broke before they decide to take on the Pacific NW.
