Here in Southern NH the most popular homes are less than 20 years old, in a good area, good schools, about 2100 to 3600 sf and cost is $300-$330,000.  They come with a 2 car garage, nice yard, full basements and the most popular have upgraded kitchen and baths. 

The most common search criteria among my buyers is 3 or more bedrooms and 2 baths. Detached home...not condo or townhouse.

There are 15 3/2 homes currently on the mls for Fremont,Ca. Average list price is $964,096.

Distressed properties that will net >$60K on the flip side seem to be a hit.

Most sought after is the 3/3/3 with a big water view.

Reality however means they buy 3/1.5/2, 60 minutes from any shore line.

2Bedroom, 2 bath condominiums with parking for one vehicle.

Cheap Waterfront! PRice depends!

No one has given up the goal to get the deal of the century.  That lives on and on.  Sellers want more than they ever dreamed for their home and buyers fight to get it. 

3/2 residential moves and smaller units if you can find them

Charlotte region covers multiple counties in two states (NC and SC)... one cannot generalize... we have all kinds of styles of homes, price ranges, etc.

Single story w/open floorplan for the most part.  SoCal.

A difficult question to answer in a multi-faceted market.

Properties that are priced correctly.

People like to miximize what they can qualify for, every demographic seems to be looking for as big and nice as the can afford.
