I think that the Buffini system does something like this.

Any system that you will/can follow regardless if it is a CRM or anything else. Review what others may suggest but be mindful it is your business and you own and master it. Good luck.

There is a difference between a CRM and an IDX program. You will have to do the work to develop the systems you need to unite these two.

You are looking for a lot Micah Olson . I did well just using Outlook. Keeping oneself involved and not relying on a lot of artificial intelligence worked well for me.

That would be the person driving the CRM. Be mindful of what you truly need in a CRM. Most functions are not used yet paid for.

I think you already made your choice. From this day forward you will always regret not giving your money to boomtown.
However, there are many that are better. Be aware, one of your requirements is website integration AND a CRM.
However, there are only three companies with the comprehensive solution you want. One is Salesforce. Since you have no budget concern, that is the gold standard for those in the profession of sales. Two others offer similar features at a "less than Salesforce' price. Website analytics and contact base granularity PLUS, (now this is a biggie) inbound concepts regarding the CRM and you will be where you need to be in three years.

I am currently evaluation several crm and lead generation systems. So far I have reviewed CINC, Kunversion, elavate Boss and TorchX. We currently are using Top Producer and LeadStreet by Homes.com. My impression so far, top producer is very complicated to work with and has more than I will probably use. I like follow up boss but could leave the rest. It is expensive and no lead gen with it. Leadstreet is very easy to use. It's just a crm and you can purchase homes.com for lead gen. Still getting to know it more. I really like what I see from Kunversion and still evaluating. A close second was Cinc. Elevator Boss is a glorified RLS2000 site and offers only a little bit more, but is quite a bit more expensive. Hope this helps.

I actually don't mind people asking questions, even if the question has been asked before. New products come on the market, and new people are answering in this forum so there may be something new to learn. We are always learning and I appreciate hearing from others what is working and what isn't.

I've been working with Ixact Contact. I don't know how intelligent it is , but it seems to be doing some good things for/ with me - as long as I spend the time to keep it current... That's the tough part.

Yes, BoomTown does this. I get a daily digest showing me leads that have become recently active again or who are extremely active that BT calls "Top Opportunities." You can search by most recent activity within the system and see who is currently on the website or active. We've had a BoomTown site for about 10 years. Not cheap, but it has been a really good tool for us. Also, check out Firepoint. -Kasey
