I use virtual tours but have not used video...may try it soon.

Only when it highlights something that needs video.  On my fantasy pool listing for example, video is needed to truly capture the grandeur of the pool.

Not as much as I would like to use video.  The virtual tours are still the thing, with slide shows around here.

Absolutely.  The only time I do not is when I list a fixer. Then I only use a few photos.  When I say "fixer" ... I am referring to a near tear down.

Yes, comes with a company package. We list the property & they arrive & are uploaded to the MLS by Circlepix the next day. It's great.

Was one of the original adoptors of tours. Now the 3D tours are just too expensive I think per home.

In our luxury experience, we have found that the majority of luxury buyers want outstanding pictures of a home rather than a video.  Here is the reason.  A video is filmed in a frame of time.  That video dictates the way you should see the home.  Because of that, a high end buyer will dismiss the home, because they feel "I have seen it!"  You can look at photos in your own time frame.  They can linger on the kitchen and noticed all the meaningul details, whereas the video just spent 24 secs on it...

Of all the magazines out there Architectural Digest is still sought after, and they charge a premium for ads, because their ads get results because of all of us who love the pictures.  These pictures are hand selected each time.  A

I do have professional photos done for each home I list, and have the ability to create a YouTube video, which I put on my web site, blogs and Google+.
