HEY...I'm still here and in business. I did alright. I sold my B and B. I love that. There were some other highlights...like getting a home for a couple that didn't even have earnest money. They couldn't afford it. We did a promissory note. Got them into a home for what they are paying for rent.
Life in the real estate world goes on. Transaction after transaction...they are all different and interesting.
