Yes I need to do more of that but many days I just eat crackers and peanut butter. I am glad to share.
We joined a new gym and I have run into 2 clients already in the first week-end! Barbara Todaro has been on to something for quite awhile!
I go to the gym AT LEAST once a day.... even if it's for a 20 minute strength session with black ropes I'll try to make it a second time.... everytime I go in the afternoon, a past client sees me and that finishes my workout....THAT'S WHY I GO AT 5:30am!!!
