I've tried usi g some other sites but returned to ipiccy for ease of use. With one of my older laptops, I purchased Photoshop and didn't get good use out of it because of it's complexity and lack of time to really learn the program.

Roy, if I had not been an Adobe Photo Shop user for 15 years I might look for an online editing site but I was interested in Photo Shop long ago and have kept upgrading it. Now the versions are cloud based so they are online.
