Elena Legeros all KW associates have one! My clients love it. And of course, it's a great personal branding tool.

I already have too many apps on my phone and tablet and suspect that most people do too, and think that it would be a waste of money for those i deal with to produce one since I would ignore it.

I use a company called "smarter agent" for my app & love it. Mainly because people can search for it directly on the apple & android app stores instead of texting some code like with the KW app my brokerage offers. Little expensive on the starting end, but the monthly fee's are not bad.

I dont personally have a personal APP but the brokerage does.  That being said, I dont use it and I dont find it useful as a marketing tool.  It is nice to show sellers but the reality is that buyers and sellers are using Trulia and Zillow apps.  Those are their go-to applications.  If you try to get them to use your app so that they can still search for properties and contact you directly, you will still find them going back to these other "big apps"
