Zach Wade Think about when you first came into the business. What were some of the areas where you needed/wanted help. Rather than a site, I think you could get more mileage and satisfaction capitalizing on mentoring new agents in your office.
"a site helping Realtors make more Sales"
That is a novel idea. Of course you realize that EVERY marketer of every hair brained idea for the most invalid concepts ALWAYS use the exact same line I have quoted.
Burning pains. Ok, let me help you out. Create a product/service/resource that allows me to bring EXCEPTIONAL value to the home owner. A value my competitors do not have. Agents know how and have the resources to carry the marketing forward to the consumer.
Be specific. Get more sales. Take to next level. Are all bankrupt claims that you must avoid to maintain credibility.

Many Realtors would be very happy to see a site giving them guidance. Though, I think finding new and useful topics maybe an issue.
Based on my experience (and many of the questions and comments on AR), I'd say there is still a big demand for quality content on real estate, sales, and marketing
If you can deliver quality content you'll get traffic.
Do it and let me know when the site is up.
there is no dumb question, ok... maybe when my 14 yo asks if he can stay out til midnight at his friends party... :)
but seriously..you might want to rethink the strategy. just a tad. but... building a better mouse trap is what made America great , give it some deep thought thou. dick didnt have his happy pill this am, but he is right. basicly. and so is Annette..if you can give a QUANTIFIABLE edge..you hit a home run.
