On my current work email around 500 a day. Half of them are caught by my junk mail filter but an incredible amount get through. I would get even more but NAR has my old email address.

Gmail is great about helping with spam.

Care not to actually count. I use to get on and try to get them to stop by hitting an unsubscribe button, but that did not always work either, No I just do a mass delete from the span folder.

Way too many! Maybe 50 a day. My worse offending sometimes? AR. LOL. Most though come from various websites I visited or blogs I liked. But lately I'm noticing agents sticking me on their companies newsletters. Those bug me as they never asked.

Yahoo -opened the account since 1999. Get about 150 a day.
Gmail-enough. 1/2 listings & leads are found in my spam mail.
Most spam are orginated out side the US. Yahoo seems to screen good. Google seems to either over kill or have issues identify the trained source.
Unsubscribe does not work on mortage, drug etc. Title, home warranty seems
to send me more...
Never can get rid of Trulia sending me endless listings although I never subscribe to them.

Praful Thakkar I use a program called MailWasher. It allows you to check your email on the ISP server before it is downloaded to your computer. You can add friends or blacklist addresses. As far as getting rid of them completely, it's not going to happen. At least you can keep them off of your computer.

Too many to even count. I don't open them just hit the delete key.

Most of my stuff goes to my Gmail account. I delete them. I do not keep track of them.

You can block the senders, but I would suggest you check your security settings as well. Or, make sure your antivirus software is updated and working.

About 5-10 and we block them, then delete; never open.

I only get 1 or 2 a month! I usually just send to the report spam link.

I receive hundreds of spam email messages. A high percentage of them go into my spam folder. I designate those that get through as spam. I do review my spam folder before deleting the messages.

Praful, I receive maybe 5-7 per day and most do end up in the spam folder. I just hit the delete button and leave it at that.

There's NO stopping them, Praful. I must get at least 100 per day. I mark those to go into junk immediately and put them into an-auto purge mode on my email server with Go-Daddy. But as soon as I get rid of 25, at least that many more new ones show up. It's a never ending battle.

Good morning Praful I just delete them and move on. On the other hand I clicked on a recent post you did and it sent me to another site. Could not read it or leave a comment.....

Good morning Praful. I am actually getting less and less, I continue to blog any spam and therefore less junk emails.
I was having difficulty leaving a comment on your posts, as every time I was leaving a comment, I was being moved to another site. Crazy.

I have unsubscribed to many of them - and now I do not get even half as many!

Cloudmark is an excellent free spam blocker. Also Spamihilator is good. GMail is the best of the webmail accounts at blocking spam, very little junk gets through.

I use Gmail for business and Cox for everything else. With Gmail I use the free service of Unroll.me that allows me to either keep it in my inbox, unsubscibe for me, or put it into a daily roll up newsletter type format. This morning I had 3 emails in Gamil and 41 in Cox. Guess which one had the spam.

I don't even know anymore. I use Cloudmark and have it set so anyone I "one click" block goes straight to my Outlook deleted folder. Once a week I delete that stuff and it is always 1k or more.

I'll go through stages where I start blocking more people;
I delete spam folder daily. If someone sends a message which I didn't get and they say "it must be in your spam folder", that makes me laugh. I never open/read that folder.

Too many....I just keep blocking and spaming :) as I'm sure everyone does. lol

Tons and tons of them. I have them set to go straight to spam but it's still annoys me to have to empty the spam folder.
