Love them for thank you letters and that type of correspondence. For cold call letters, hand write the envelope, but I do not see a need for letter to be handwritten; which may be a time saver for you.

Hand written letters and greeting cards are the chief means by which i generate listings. I send thousands of yellow letters at a time. It is a bit costly but worth it. I use a company called www. writtenmail.com They have subscrition plans that can keep your cost down.

Danielle Doucette handwritten letters are always READ!
One more suggestion - a post-it note on the letter, 'Your quick response is appreciated!'

Hmmm. Do you have a buyer? I've heard many realtors say this could be an ethical violation if there is no buyer. I'm not a realtor, so I don't know, but it certainly doesn't sound ethical to me (in the wider universe).

In my opinion a hand written note is always better. If not handwritten atleast personally signed.

I can't imagine anyone that would want to receive a handwritten note. That is the way I would go.

Handwritten letters are definitely better than typed. Handwritten letters leave a different mark and I think leaves a lasting impression over a typed one. Not many people will take the time to write a letter and I think the person receiving the letter will also think the same.
