I agree with Demarco and Marisa, with one caveat. The leads do seem good and most actually answer the phone when I call on them. The caveat is, I just haven't converted one yet. I don't buy many per month (I think I pay about $120 per month) since I wanted to test the water with them first. Plus, I've only purchased them over the last 3 months, not really enough time to see if it will eventually pan out.

We pay for them for our team, but on a very small package. I must admit, the quality of lead that we get from them have been very good. We don't get a high quantity, but the quality of them definitely makes up for it. That is, if we reach out to the lead within 5 minutes. ~Marisa

I have used them in the past without much of a conversion rate. Dropped the expense.

Hi, Spirit...the general consenus in my area is that paying for leads is a waste of money.

Spirit Messingham - well, your listings do appear on Realtor.com - so it is likely that you may have received the lead from them.
I do have Realtor.com advertising package.

Interesting, thank you for the feedback. I know other agents think I am NUTS but I dont always call the leads I get from Zillow.com. It seems to me, the real ones click on my profile and call me (they do. A LOT) or if I email them, if they are serious they call or email me back. My broker commented I have one of the best close ratios that she has ever seen.
I dont think of it so much as I dont want to waste my time, but rather if they are serious they let you know. IF not, they are not serious and will most likely waste my time. Which at this point in my career is my most precious commodity.
