I haven't to date, Joy. Though I think it's an excellent offer and I am waiting for the opportunity to do so.

Reverse offers do help everyone decide whether it is a viable situation or not.

Have never done that, and it has never been necessary.

Good for you with your quick sales Scott Godzyk! I hope you have an amazing 2015! :)
Maybe you will try one in the future Bruce Walter - I have a system set up, if you are intersted, email me and I'll forward to you. Just a simple email to the agent because most agents have never received one and don't know what they are for, etc.
What is the response of other agents, success rate? Evelyn Johnston?

Joy, I have considered this but never have done so-I certainly see the value of it now!

When i was selling new construction I used them all the time. Lately I have not as most new listings done usually last more than a couple of weeks, some only a few days.

I agree Amanda Thomas - our job is work for our sellers and this is another way to get buyers "off the fence!"

Gabe Sanders I use them when someone has seen the home twice and says they are looking at other homes and trying to decide but we are in the top 2 or 3 of the list. I try to convince my sellers to offer a $1000 bonus to the agent if they can get the contract together. :)

WIth some properties they can use all the help we can give them to get them sold. This is a great way to get a sale started

This is a GREAT technique to use when you have a buyer showing interest but not pulling the trigger. Invite the offer! :-)
