I've recently started my own Real Estate Appraisal Company that I am proud to say is Kincheloe Inc. Appraisal Services. Within this rapidly declining market the big money banks finally realized the basic principle of demand and supply and now the market is showing signs of stabilization. That combined with the massive amount of cookie cutter appraisers unable to survive within the appraisal management companies will hopefully get this crazy market some hope. I'm 29 yrs old and have been in this business for 9 years. I was trained by Wayne Wise with Wise Choice Appraisals a gentleman experienced in a wide spectrum of complex real estate valuations and real estate transactions.

Certifications
I typically complete 25-45 appraisals each month for the last 9 years. I'am required to take 30 hours of education every 2 yrs however this does not include excel, alamode wintotal training, hud underwriting classes and various other updated classes to stay up to date with technology and analysis.
