In Toronto, I discovered a city that embodies the diversity and multi-culturalism of this country. As a Torontonian, I get to experience world cultures without leaving home. (although I still love to travel)

My interest in real estate is linked to a passion for architecture. I’ve always been fascinated by how things are built and how buildings are truly greater than the sum of their parts. I have spent the last twenty or so years learning about architecture, interior design, building science, energy efficiency ,landscaping techniques and sustainable practices . I’ve been able to appreciate architecture in Europe, Africa, South America, and throughout our continent in order to see how other people live. I want to find out what a comfortable well-designed living space comprises of in other cultures as well as our own.

The ability to picture a client living in a certain space has as much to do with intuition and experience, as understanding something about you.. Some time has to be spent to get to know who you are and what you need as a means to an end. Of particular interest these days in the realm of building science is how it relates to sustainable living. Greater emphasis needs to be placed on living our lives and fulfilling our needs without negative impact on the environment. I want my children, who mean everything to me, to have the highest quality of life. This is where the "THINK" in urbanthink comes from. I take great pride in my work & believe in behaving professionally and ethically. I know that the respect of my clients has to be earned. What does outside the box mean? A diverse range of human experience and expression, worthy of curious, respectful interest. I have learned that people can be quite different but still get along, better yet thrive, with their neighbours of different cultures..
