Michele Wagner started her career as a real estate agent in the Carson Valley in 1980 and in 1997, Donna Sugden, her daughter, joined her.  We work at Re/Max Realty Affiliates in Gardnerville, Nevada.

Michele moved to Nevada from the midwest in 1980, with her husband and five kids.  After being in the area for a very short period of time, Michele decided it was time to start her career in real estate.  She has always loved helping people achieve their goals and what a great way to continue that by helping them buy or sell real estate.  Michele was first licensed at Myers Realty 500, in the heart of Gardnerville.  In 1985, Michele decided to make a move to Coldwell Banker Itildo, where she continued her career and received her broker's license.  In 2002 Michele made the move to Re/Max Realty Affiliates at which time Donna became her partner.

Donna started her career in real estate in 1988 at Stewart Title.  Donna started as a receptionist at the Zephyr Cove office until she was promoted to Escrow Assistant and moved to Western Title in 1992.  Donna continued with Western Title until she was flooded out of her home in the great Flood of 1997.  This was when Donna decided to make her career change into real estate as Michele's assistant at Coldwell Banker Itildo.  Donna and her husband, Bill, also own a trucking company which they started in 1996.
