I am the owner and founder of a real estate investment company named Shipwash Properties. We buy houses in Knoxville, TN and the surrounding area.  located just outside of Knoxville, TN. Although my offical trade was in accounting and finance, I couldn't hold back the desire I had to become HGTV's next flipper! All jokes aside, I love taking a vision and turning it into a reality. My business allows me to help homeowners out of terrible situations and I get to put a vision in place in the process. And.....we also make a little bit of money on the side! I knew absolutely nothing about this business and decided starting it in the middle of global pandemic would be a grand idea! Thankfully, we are starting to see success, and seeing all of my hardwork begin to payoff is amazing!
