I have been a Realtor for 28 years, 6 years in New York State before migratiing to florida. in 1986. I love working with people, expecially the first time home buyers and the elderly, who need that special attention and guidence, love to see those smiles when you have made their dreams come true, I can honestly say I have done my job. Dreams do come true if you try. I try really hard to full fill that American dream of being a home owner.

As background, Julita, Teresa and I started looking for a "Riverfront Home" in Sept. of 2012. We kept looking, and Julita pampered us on Sunday mornings, Saturdays, and "whenever we could find a new one". As 2013 approached, we knew that we had to find a house (and get out of our rental by Aug. 30th). Teresa and Julita got together to look at our current home (Riverside Drive). Julita unlocked the door and walked Teresa into this home. Teresa started crying, because it was so beautiful. Julita calmed Teresa and told her that she would get her this house. Julita, Teresa and I closed on this on June 3rd, 2013. Julita is great. She simply makes a promise and delivers. Please contact me if you need further verification of her "Greatness". Elmer T. | We would definitely recommend Julie. She is a real go-getter and always goes above and beyond to resolve any problems or issues for her clients. It was a real pleasure to work with her. And it doesn't hurt that she has a great personality...she is the BEST!!!! |

| i highly recomend julita she is definently for her clients she goes out of her way to help them and during difficult times she does not give up she goes out out of her way even when things get stressful she was great all the way through when i was ready to give up she just kept incourageing me told me it will be worth it in the long run and she was right she was great with my whole family including my children she really showed she cared so i really recomend her to everyone |

| Julita is the best realtor I have ever had working for me and I have had many over the past 40 years. She is very industrious, honest and she has always gone above and beyond in anything that needed to be done for me.
