Having sold new construction for 9 years and representing 10 builders simultaneously, I am knowledgable about the construction process and quality of construction.  This enables me to assist sellers and buyers with a keen eye of what needs to be brought to their attention to procure a sale or purchase.

I was the Director of Relocation for Arvida Realty in Boca Raton, FL. where I managed 90 associates who worked for me.  I am knowlegable about the relocation process and have the finesse to assist families relocating to and from South Florida.

I am proficient at creative, literate and functional marketing in a given marketplace.  Some marketing techniques that work in one neighborhood, do not work in another.  21 years of working at real estate daily gives me the expertise to know which marketing dollars are effective and which are not.

I was a landlord for 10 years and know the ins and outs of the rental market.  For landlord/owners I have devised over the years addendums to help ensure of the protection of their investment.  For tenants, I assist with securing qualifications and taking the process step by step to make sure they are in an equitable situation.
