As a full time Realtor I've been representing buyers and sellers since 2005. Real estate is my second career and it gives me the ability to do something I love while utilizing the skills I've acquired over the years and as an information processing professional and business systems consultant. I'm privileged to have the opportunity to work with singles, young families, families moving up or downsizing, distressed property owners, seniors and investors. I'm a licensed Real Estate Broker and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). In my previous career I've worked  for and consulted at major corporations including Verizon, Boeing, Simon & Schuster, American Express, Chase, L'oreal Lancome, Ricoh, RJR Nabisco, the City of New York, the American Broadcasting Company and other less familiar named companies.

Today's real estate market is a complex amalgam of ever changing processes. There are short sales, bank owned properties, for sale by owner, government owned homes, auctions and of course traditional sales. Each has it's own issues and challenges and I bring the benefits of my experience and training to navigate each transaction to a successful conclusion.

Technology has become the watchword of today's real estate market. My decades of experience designing, developing, implementing and managing computer applications serves me well in this technology driven environment. No matter what the technology is and how it evolves, I will embrace it and exploit it to the maximum benefit of my clients. As critical as technology is today, quality Customer Service is still my first priority and what my clients and customers deserve, expect and receive.

As a 22 year Florida resident with roots in New York and New Jersey I identify with Florida as my home and still  maintain my attachment and affection for the northeast.
