| Jeff is a very knowledgeable and professional realtor. He was aggressive and prompt when negotiating on our behalf regarding the house we wanted to buy. He helped us every step of the way and there wasn't a moment I didn't feel like I was his first priority. I will be recommending Jeff to everyone I know. |

| Being unfamiliar with the Gilbert, AZ, area, we felt very fortunate to meet someone like Jeffrey. He was honest in his assessments of the area and responded very quickly to our questions, which at the time must have seemed countless. He responded to inquiries at all hours of the day, which was important as we were in the Eastern time zone and the home we purchased was in the Pacific time zone. He was able to line up trade professionals for pool maintenance, electrical work and yard maintenance. We highly recommend Jeffrey. |

| Jeff was incredible to work with. We were relocating across the country and Jeff was instrumental in us finding a place to live. We weren't ready to purchase a house when we moved and Jeff spent multiple days helping us find a condo to rent while we settled in. It was difficult to find a Realtor who was willing to help someone find a rental unit but Jeff not only helped but was an amazing ambassador to Phoenix. He showed us around town, was open and honest about the various places we visited, and worked hard to make sure we found a place to rent. When we went to purchase a house he made the experience painless. In a matter of days he was able to set us up with daily notifications for all of the available houses in the areas and price range that we were looking. He was very knowledgeable about the process and made sure that we were prepared for every step of the process. He was able to set up showings within a day of us finding a house we wanted to tour. After we selected our home he was very engaged in the buying process and contacted all of the parties involved to make sure that the process went as quickly and smoothly as possible. I was extremely happen we were able to work with him and would recommend him to anyone looking for a house. |

| Jeffrey is amazing. His patience matches his knowledge, and he has an incredible work ethic. He not only helped me through the loan pre-approval process, but has been holding my hand as I obsess through hundreds of listings and dozens of showings. I cannot say enough about his ability to guide and gently redirect me when I get off-path. While I haven't purchased yet (I'm very picky), I know he will be just as excellent in his negotiation skills. He is very experienced in this business and has had great success. Well earned! I highly recommend him. I'll never work with another agent again. |

| Jeff is amazing! We just bought our first home in Phoenix from out of state and Jeff shepherded us through the entire process. Beyond his ability to find homes that really fit our needs, Jeff is an excellent communicator, has extensive knowledge of the neighborhood, is extremely organized and was wonderfully patient as we worked through so many logistics with purchasing a home from Texas. He went above and beyond to make the home-buying process transparent and enjoyable every step of the way. When we needed to request significant home repairs after the inspection, Jeff followed up persistently to make sure everything got done correctly and in a timely manner. In addition, our 8-month daughter was with us on our house-hunting trip to Phoenix, and Jeff was accommodating and understanding in working around her schedule. We couldn't recommend Jeff more highly! |

| We were referred to Mr. Wilde by a friend when we wanted to purchase a Condo in the Phoenix area as snowbird winter home. Mr Wilde, in his very personable manner, discussed what we were looking for in a winter home and what was in our price range. He found several properties that were close to what we were looking for and one that fit the bill perfectly. Our experience with Mr. Wilde was that he was so knowledgeable about the area, he was friendly and not pushy. His communication style was to constantly keep us aware during our search and closing. I would seek out Jeffrey if I ever had need sell. I have referred him to several friends that have decided purchase snowbird type properties in the Phoenix area. |
