I am presently the Chief Appraiser for Resolution Portfolio Management & Oversight, LLC (RPM). RPM Oversight is a boutique firm comprised of attorneys, underwriters, appraisers and other highly skilled mortgage banking professionals who have a unique niche: subject-matter expertise in analyzing and defending buyback demands from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, as well as third-party investors and mortgage insurance companies.
