Kristi is currently a Realtor® for ZipRealy Inc. in Jacksonville, Florida.    Known in the industry to work efficiently and diligently she has a record of performing exceptionally well under pressure portraying a sense of confidence to clients as well as those in the banking industry.  As partner, in her Southwest Funding branch she was awarded one of five compliance awards presented in 2006.  Kristi's experience with mortgage banking operations, success with audits and adherence to regulatory standards has perpetuated her business and helped her build her respect in the industry.  Prior to her opening her own mortgage branch, Kristi was very successful as a New Home Sales Consultant for KB Home in Dallas, TX.
