| We would like to highly recommend using Kevin Raisch and Susan Karcher as agents. We had come across Kevin and Susan while looking at a piece of property they had listed. After tirelessly going through a few other agents who just were not getting the job done, they were a breath of fresh air! They were extremely helpful and motivated to help us find our home without us doing all the work. From the moment we met, they very quickly and efficiently got to work finding us our home. They were always there for us to answer any questions we had and did an excellent job at the negotiating and handling of the home we finally settled on. They were very trustworthy and wanted to make sure that we got a home that we would be happy with. They were not pushy at all, but really cared about finding a home that would suit our needs in our price range, not to mention extremely knowledgeable in the field. We would absolutely use them again and would greatly recommend them to everyone! |

| Kevin Raisch got us our dream home! He is by far the best real estate agent our family has ever worked with. We contacted him near the end of June, 2013 and told him we wanted to buy our dream home and move in before I had to return to work as a high school teacher at the end of August 2013. He was impressively knowledgeable about the area including crime rates, school rankings, and home values. He understood what was important to us (safety, great schools, square footage, yard space). He responded quickly to texts, emails. and phone calls. He made himself available to look at homes around our schedule and was warm, friendly, and positive, even when our two young children periodically became a handful during the home shopping process. In the end he got us an excellent deal on a beautiful house that is a perfect match for our family and even has a view!
