Aside from the difficult real estate market at the time, there were a number of issues with the home that presented obstacles to closing. | I have used Jill Penman several times since moving to Miami three years ago. She extremely knowledgeable about the Coconut Grove area and is exceptionally quick to get things moving. We were let down last minute on a luxury rental a year ago and within 3 hours, Jill had six appointments scheduled for the very same afternoon! We leased the last property that we viewed (friday night at 7pm) and by Monday morning had a lease agreement. I would always recommend contacting Jill!. |
