In my professional career, I have had the opportunity to work in different capacities within sales and marketing. This experience gives me the ability to better serve my clients with their real estate needs, including contract negotiations. I always strive to get my clients the best deal they can get. In addition, I have experience both in real estate sales and financing (mortgage financing). This experience sets me apart from the majority of real estate salespeople who have not had the opportunity to work the financing side of the transaction. As a result, when I work with my clients, I can see the big picture of the whole transaction, and that enables me to better represent my clients' best interests.

I specialize in working with relocating buyers. Since I am a former relocating person myself, I fully understand the unique challenges and needs of these clients. I also specialize in working with first time homebuyers. I educate them in all the aspects of purchasing a home for the first time. In working with all my clients, I try to maximize the use of technology to simplify their transaction while keeping a close working relationship; in other words, I provide "high tech-high touch" service.
My other specialy area is in marketing properties for sale. I use a variety of online & offline channels to maximize exposure to the home & increase the odds of getting a qualified buyer. With the help of my assistants and colleagues, we truly go after the available buyers in the marketplace.
