My name is Jeanne Koerner, I have always been interested in Real Estate, my mother was a broker. I could look at homes all day with people. I love this industry and working with my clients to find a home or sell their home. I have earned the CDPE (certified distressed property expert) and the SFR (short sale foreclosure resource) designations. Both have helped tremendously in assisting sellers in these types of transactions. I have such a heart for people in distress, I hate to see anyone foreclosed on when they do not need to be! I have a full and balanced life, I love what I do so it is hard sometimes not to be working 24/7! I spend a lot of time with my family & husband of 23 years now! I am very lucky to be doing something I love and helping people at the same time!
I seem to be specializing in buyers the last few years! I love looking at homes and have a very honest approach that buyers appreciate. I am not thinking about the "market" or the "sellers" first. If the price of a house is too high and has been on the market for too long, I have no problem presenting an offer where it "should" be taking into consideration current market factors. My buyers appreciate this!
I serve many different markets, from the Carson Valley, to Carson City, Dayton, Smith Valley and south Reno.
