Loans cannot always close between the hours of nine to five; therefore, we will make ourselves readily available to accommodate your needs. In business, there is a saying "time is money" and a 24 to 48 hour turn-around time is available for work needed "yesterday". It is our business to get orders processed with the utmost efficiency and accuracy to avoid risks of losing a deal due to title work not being completed in a timely manner.

~~ We provide the following types of searches: Full searches a/k/a Property Title Searches (typical refinance and establishes that there are not any prior clouds on title), Current owner searches, O and E reports (owner and encumbrances reports).~~ Title search, examination and issuing of title commitment(s) to providing a final loan and/or mortgage policy.
~~ Clearing of Title, including ordering of payoffs and any and all liens that may effect or cloud title.
~~ Contacting all parties involved in the real estate transaction to insure that the lines of communications are established and free flowing.
~~ Working with the seller's realtor, buyer's lender and mortgage broker to ensure a timely and stress free path to the closing table
