Aguaveva began working at the age of 15 in a local tax and accounting firm, then went on to work in the heavy equipment sales and service industry before turning to real estate in 2000 and eventually real estate investing in 2003. 

As a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors, Aguaveva adheres to a strict code of ethics that she is proud to uphold. She also values education and communication and empowers her customers with the knowledge required to move forward in their transactions with confidence.
