With over twenty years experience in Real Estate, I am very qualitied to address any situation that may exists.  My Real Estate career started in 1987 when I worked as a re-sale agent in general real estate and also as an real estate appraiser in the state of Connecticut.  I entered the new home field in 1992 as a new home sales consultant.  I earned the national top sales award for my company in my first full year with them and again in 2001.  In  2003  I was promoted to sales manager for both the Southeast Florida and the Treasure Coast Divisions where I managed a sales staff of more than twenty sales agents and suport staff.  In 2006 I was promoted to V.P. of Sales for the Treasure Coast Division and remained in that position until I stepped down in summer of this year.  I am now selling town homes in the community where my wife and I reside, the Harbour Cove section of Ocean Side Village on the Melbourne barrier island.
