I was  very fortunate when I first started out to affiliate myself with 2 local builders.  I represented them in the listing and selling of over 150 homes in a four year period. Now  that was a busy time. I learned alot working with first time home buyers and new construction. Residential re-sales offer a different perspective than new construction with having alot of the upgrades done over the years, curtains hung and pools and fences installed.  The choice of homes available in our area is so extensive that even the chosiest of buyers will have a selection to pick from.  It really is a great buyers market right now, with new construction prices discountted and re-sales prices lowered, interest rates near record lows, what more could you ask for? As a seller, it  being a buyers market is not a bad thing for you, just price your home properly and one of the many "buyers" that are out there in full force will find your home is just right for them.   I have done most of selling in the Sebastian and Vero Beach areas, with buyers coming from all corners  of the US and abroad. Sebastian and Vero Beach are both still growing areas, with so much to offer, great schools, shopping, restaurants and of the course our beaches......
