I have been in the Real Estate Industry for almost 20 years.  I have sold over 450 homes, settled over 10,000 homes, ran a Title Company in Towson for 10 years and I own a Mortgage Company.  I enjoy my job.  I solicit Realtors and Loan Officers and For Sale By Owners for their Title business.  I conduct settlements for purchases and refinances.  I can assit those looking to amend their deeds of record by adding a wife, girlfriend, mother or father or remove any of the same.  Think about Life Estate deeds for your loved ones.  Remove your parents from title before medical issues take over your family home.
