The real estate area in the inland empire is seeing a bottom. Which is a good thing for this area. I am not saying it is going to come around right away but I do see a start in the right direction.

I was just wandering what people splits are in todays market. A friend of mine told me his brokerage is starting people at a 50/50 split and actually reducing people who were at 80/20 split down to 70/30. Do you guys think thats fair and what do you guys think A fair split it is Todays Market?

  Alright guys I am trying something new. I know real estate is all about contacts and lead generation. But everyine knows people can lie to even themselves so I figured if I send out a once a week Productivity report people can call my BS when I am not getting the results I would like.          ...

I was just curious how the next 6 months will be for us agents. I do not know about you guys but I am packed these last couple of weeks. If feels like the old times ( 2 years ago!) I was just curious if you guys were having the same success.     Let me know
