Can anyone offer me some innovative ideas to market one of my listings...a newer, spotless and spacious manufactured home...in this market. HELP! Like all of us do - I want to sell this property now! But it is increasingly difficult when only a couple of thousand dollars separates stick built homes from manufactured ones. Any and all advice is appreciated. Thanks.

My business is admittedly a little slow right now, but somehow, I am holding on to the love I have for this industry. If anyone has any advice for a relative newby - please bring it on. I am all ears and willing to work for it. I love to work outside the box - so = few ideas are too crazy for me ...
