Allowing you to manage our property has been a great decision. I manage a multimillion dollar company and know the effort required to provide and coordinate services. Even with this knowledge, anytime I have tried to manage my own investments my career suffers and my anxiety rises. You have managed the property from the date we purchased it and this is the third renter in the property. A lease was signed 3 weeks after we closed on the sale.
