My specialty was bringing the Florida dream to homeowners in the Tri-State area, New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. ITT's property, Palm Coast, Florida, is located on the east coast between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine.

The expansive use of the Internet brought major change in the way clients thought about real estate - either buying or selling. What resulted was more agents traveling further and further with their buyers. As time went on, buyers knew more about an area than the agent did.

I watched all this and continued my focus - Interlaken Gardens, Channing Place garden co-operative apartments on Lake Innisfree, Eastchester, NY. Lake Isle Estates, multi-million dollar homes on the lake and the Townhouses at Lake Isle. In addition to this niche market focus, I cover the homes in the Eastchester High School District, with homes and apartments in Eastchester and the Scarsdale Post Office. This focus has made me an expert in my area and I bring this expertise to my clients.
