When I was younger and would hang out with my grandmother driving her nuts she would often suggest I go mow the yard, pull weeds, or do some physical work so I could appreciate a good days work. Often I would look in her refrigerator for food and comment that her ice box should be colder. I am looking everywhere in this State for relief for some of my clients, but have yet to find it. Granted, I see WHEDA has helped some refinance some homes but the help could not come fast enough for many. The commercial sector is what it is, and negotiating commercial short sales is no picnic. It is a new year and I always like the thought that change come with it. However, it seems to be a continuance of the old dog and pony show. A new year does not neccesarily mean a fresh start, but it does mean a fresh supply of unlimited opportunities. Perhaps not, But I would like to think so.
