Bruster’s Ice Cream Parlor in Provo, Utah, is on University Parkway. This small ice cream shop sits right at the corner of the shopping center. IMPORTANT: This Bruster’s Real Ice Cream location does not have indoor seating. It only has outdoor seating. I belong to our ward’s “Literary Cluster Club”. We do book reviews of a different book each month. Each person gets a turn hosting the meeting at their home or somewhere else. This month, we went to the BYU (Brigham Young University) Museum of Art. One of the perks of this museum is there is no entrance fee. Museums have become so expensive to visit these days. It was refreshing to go in without having to pay a fee. The exhibits change from month to month. Some exhibits stay longer than others.   There are tons of pizza restaurants in and around Provo, Utah. It’s taking me a while to visit and try each pizza restaurant around here. I love pizza, but I know it tends to be high in calories and fats, especially with all that yummy melted cheese. Since I watch my calorie intake and try to stick to my Mediterranean lifestyle of eating, I only have pizza about once a month.   Ike’s Creamery is in a super location at The Shops at Riverwoods. It sits right outside of Provo Beach. You can enter Provo Beach through Ike’s Creamery. Ike’s Creamery has to be scoring in the top 10 best ice cream creameries in Provo, Utah. Utah is known for having more ice cream creameries than anywhere else:). I love the convenience most of all.   I had the pleasure of dining at Happy Sumo Sushi restaurant for my oldest granddaughter’s birthday. It is our tradition for the birthday person to choose the kind of food they want to eat.
