League City 1st Quarter 2017 Homes Sales Update A Look At The Stats   There were 334 homes sold in League City during the 1st quarter of 2017 compared to the 365 sold during the last quarter of 2016. The 1st quarter sales are up from the same time period in 2016 when 329 homes were sold.    Homes in League City took a little longer to sell, staying on the market for about 48 compared to 40.42 days last quarter. This marketing time is down slightly from this time last year.    Average price per square foot of homes sold during the 1st quarter of 2017 was up from this time last year from 101.89 to 109.67.
