Today I closed the sale of the home at 993 Sandra Drive. It sold for $115,900 and it is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with 2 car garage and a fenced in backyard. However, there are two homes left that are available and I would be glad to show you either although I have a preference to the house at 1040 Sir James since I have it listed and just love the home. Only a few short years ago two new subdivisions were developed inside the city limits. They are Camelot Subdivision and Castleton Estates. The streets in Camelot include Sir James, Sir lionel and Sandra Drive. The streets in Castleton Estates include Wesley Drive, Blake Cove and Hunter Lane. I have done a few other posts about these two subdivisions but these two by far are my favorites in the low $100's price range. When we have visitors at our church who are looking to relocate to Dyersburg,Tn, and they are in the low 100's price range, this is where I take them to first.
