It came as no surprise to me to learn that Simpsonville, South Carolina was voted one of Family Circle's top ten towns for families in America. As a Realtor with a young family living in Morning Mist Subdivision, I have been lucky enough to benefit from the great amenities surrounding us. We are only five minutes from Fairview road which hosts the newer retail developments.
