I looked up the mls for new construction in Montgomery county under $325,000 for a buyer who will be relocating . I came across Willow Crossing. These are townhomes in Willow Grove . I saw a listing for $285,000. It has 3 bedrooms,2.5 baths,and one car garage and basement. there are other models also listed in mls. The Moser group is building 29 brick front townshomes there. It is located close to Pa turnpike. I have not yet gone there to pick up the brochure and preview but have already emailed the information to the buyers. Upper Moreland is a great place to live. There is a Willow Grove mall close by and you can take the train from Willow Grove to center city. The Delaware Valley Historical Aircraft Association (DVHAA) has quickly established the Wings of Freedom Aviation Museum in Willow Grove PA as a leading  historical aircraft museum. If you have the opportunity to travel a bit further afield and are interested in aviation history, you should take the opportunity to visit Willow Grove and the Wings of Freedom Aviation Museum.  The museum is on the grounds of the Willow Grove Naval Air Station property but is accessed directly off Route 611 about 1/2 mile south of the main entrance - and admission is free!
