Taste of Hudson is an annual two-day festival today from noon to 8 p.m. and Sept. 2 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The North End Wine & Beer Garden remains open until 11 p.m. today. The annual Merchants of Hudson Trick or Treat will be Oct. 27 from 4 to 6 p.m., rain or shine. Main Street, First & Main and Acme Plaza merchants (many in costume themselves) will line the sidewalks and hand out treats to costumed youngsters. One of my friends is Bill McCarthy of Bill McCarthy & Associates. Recently I learned that he has a great way to protect your savings and your home. The Staging and Sale of 83 Sussex Hudson Ohio My deepest appreciation goes to Marcia & Vallie of Set the Stage! This traditional Hudson home has a great location, beautiful yard, roomy bedrooms, outstanding neighborhood and fantastic schools. It's closing time! Everyone's favorite moment in the transaction - closing time - the inspections are done, the negotiations are over, the repairs are done, the liens are searched, the survey is complete, the money has been wired, the papers are signed, the deed is recorded, the keys are in the new owner's hands! Some deals are much harder than others...this happy smile came after lots of huge mountains were scaled, and a few miracles appeared. Moving twice was one sacrifice, expensive well repair was another, and there were others, on the sellers and buyers parts. But now the happy couple can move in this week. It is all worth it to see those smiles!      FINALLY!!!! It's closing time!

Hanging Baskets From Blooming Acres Greenhouse Hudson Ohio The weather in Cleveland has been so wonderful this year. It dawned on me that we barely had any snow in March or April this year which is quite unbelievable. In addition we had some of the warmest temps on record n those months. Combine that with the nice weather we will have until and probably through October, and that gives us nice weather for 8 months of the year!! in Cleveland Ohio!!
