Reno Sparks Short Sales Alert!   Twice this week, I have been informed that the short sale lender wants more money than the short sale contract price. Not just a little more, but more than $10,000! As real estate agents we price our listings according to the recent market sales and should put in a little extra to keep up with the increasing values during the process.
