Ho-Ho-Kus Named Number 1 in The Best Places To Live in New Jersey

New Jersey Monthly recently released the September 2017 issue with their bi-annual ranking of the best places to live in New Jersey. Our own Ho-Ho-Kus in Bergen County has been ranked number one. Split by Route 17, Ho-Ho-Kus is a 1.74 square-mile municipality in Bergen County and its 4,100 residents now have another reason to celebrate.It comes as no surprise that Ho-Ho-Kus came in number one. It held the same honor back in 2011 as well. It’s well-regarded schools, low crime, affordable property taxes, and increasing home values make it a desirable place to live. New Jersey Monthly’s 2017 Top 100 Towns list was created by an independent research firm, Leflein Associates out of Ringwood.
