Last week (03/06 – 03/13/2015)  in New Market Md.  Townhouses 21774 During last week ending on March 13, 2015, 2 Townhouses in New Market where added to the market, another 2 went under some form of contract, and none completed the sales process.  This brings the count to 10 Townhouses on the market for sale, 8 home under contract and none that completing the sales process in the last 30 days.  Those on the market for sale range in list price from $232,991 to $389,000. Eaglehead Summerfield, is a community of over 300 homes located off of Boyers Mill Road in the Ligamore-Bartonsville census-designated tract of Frederick County Md. with a mailing address of New Market, Md. 21774. This is a section of the county just west of New Market on Route 144.  There is easy access to Route 70 for a commute to either Frederick, Baltimore via Route 70. This community is composed of townhouses and detached homes built in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s.  The homes here range in size from 1320 square feet to approaching 2400 square feet of living space.  The two and three story townhouses come on property ranging in size from .03 to .06 acres of land.  The detached homes, most with two car garages; are on lots ranging in size form .23 to .46 acres.
