You know, I just want the public Buyers to understand that really and truly there are brokers and agents out here that do not charge a fee to work with Buyers.  I really like going out with Buyers and helping them to locate their new or next home.  It is rewarding when you see someone's eyes light up when the keys are handed to them at the closing table, especially a first time homebuyer.  Anyone that wants to make a comment back, I would like to hear if you like working with Buyers or Sellers, I have found that both Buyers and Sellers are very interesting and I like being able to work with both.  07/13/2007

Hi Everyone, I think the biggest misconception to the public when they are looking to buy a home is that they want to find the home on their own and call the agent whose name is on the sign on the front of the home.  They feel since that agent has the home for sale then they don't have to worry about paying anything to an agent  to help them find a home.  I believe that has been the hardest thing for me to make Buyers understand at times is that a Buyer's agent works for the Buyer free of charge unless you have agent's that charge for their services, which I hear has happened before.I am a broker in the Forsyth county area and love to work with Buyers.  I also list alot of homes and have an awesome marketing program for my Sellers.  My latest listing that you can view on the interenet i... 07/12/2007

Our April 2007 Lake Lanier Housing Market Report is complete and ready for your review. During April, the market experienced a decrease in the number of lake front homes with docks sold on Lake Lanier according to the statistics that we review in First Multiple Listing Service, as we compare them to April of 2006. The report's average lake front home closing prices were down slightly by approximately 5.0 percent compared to the same month last year, but the days on market were still relatively few at 92. However the days on market number was a bit more than the reported number from April 2006.
