A new store opened today in Tampa at The Shoppes at Wiregrass! It is named Charming Charlie, and for the record ladies…I am completely under his spell!!! It is a costume jewelry store with literally every accessory you can possibly think of! Handbags, clutches, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, rings, shoes, scarfs…if you are looking for IT, chances are you will find IT here!! The staff is friendly and helpful, and they love working there as much as I was loving shopping there :) The store is organized by color, which makes looking for a specific accessory effortless, and browsing even more fun! As for pricing, the price ranges I saw were from $1.00 to $39.00. A GREAT deal for some unique and fun costume jewelry! Wesley Chapel's newest mall, The Shops At Wiregrass will have its grand opening on October 30th.  The three department stores:  JC Penney, Macy's, & Dilliard's have already opened.  Barnes & Noble will have its "Friends and Family" preview party on October 29, 2008 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. 10/27/2008

Below is a May, 2008 slideshow of the Shops at Wiregrass, under construction in Wesley Chapel. The Wesley Chapel mall is scheduled to open this fall and work is progressing. Store managers and owners who will be relocating here already are starting to call me regarding buying houses, and I have had three calls this past week alone. Today the Pasco County Commissioners finally gave approval for the Wiregrass Ranch development.Phase I of this ginormous 5,000 acre community will consist of 6,000 single family homes and 4,000 multi-family homes and retail development  At issue was the mitigation on proportionate share credits for the developer.  Commissioner Cox clearly pointed out his concerns over setting a new precedent due to the "uniqueness" of this mega-community and its future cost to Pasco County taxpayers. The Wiregrass project has IV Phases in total.Included in the plan is the extension of State Road 56 from Bruce B.
