It is a wonderful program that rescues neglected and retired horses and connects them with veterans suffering from post traumatic stress disorder (PSD).    Equine therapy has been growing in popularity and credibility with counselors and therapists across the US. The rate of growth increased in 2011 when US. St Augustine adds SEXUAL ORIENTATION as protected class to housing law In a swift vote on Monday night, St Augustine, in sharp contrast to a recent Jacksonville vote, adds Sexual Orientation as a protected class to Fair Housing Laws. With four of the five commissioners present, the motion passed unanimously. History has shown us that 2005-2006 was not a good time to buy St. Augustine condos here or almost anywhere else either for that matter. But, the pendulum is swinging. Housing has hit bottom and started back up here, and condos will follow. The market is transitioning from a buyer's market to a seller's market. Inventory has shrunk dramatically in the past year. Complexes that had 18 or more units for sale typically have only 3 or 4 now. I think even the most inexperienced buyer knows that the best time to buy is when the prices have hit bottom and to buy before they start back up. Wells Fargo Lift Program offer down payment Assistance in St Augustine   The Wells Fargo Lift Program is now being offered in Duval and St Johns County. This down payment assistance program provides up to $15,000 to qualified buyers to be used toward the purchase of a home.
