OK, So Bank of America tells my clients - Yes you are approved for a HAFA Short Sale. GREAT. But when I look at the local Property Appraiser Card my clients, let's say the Waltons, are not the current ower of the home. Rather Bank of New York Mellon (TR) has been for the last three years via CT issued Jan, 2010. And the Waltons of course are not going to question this because they are living for free. WAKE UP Bank of America. You insist they list for Short Sale as they are the active "borrowers" on the home, but that does not make them the legal owners of the home. In researching the foreclosure case notes it looks like they reopened the case in 2011 and later in  2011 schedule a new sale date, they CT was never reversed. Indian River State College is starting the performance arts series in January.  The first performance is "Broadway's Next Hit Musical," it is an improv comedy tour with an upscripted musical experience and will be performed on January 24th.  The troupe takes suggestions of imaginary songs from the audience members and creates songs and comedy around them.  The audience then votes for their favorite song.  A great interactive experience.   Recent Announcements offer some very positive prospects for the future of St. Lucie when looking at the unemployment numbers. Tropicana Products plans to invest $60 million at its Fort Pierce bottleing location will boost jobs as well as the county’s tax base. Twin Vee Catamarans is adding 75 to 100 jobs over the next 5 years. Also, Florida Power and Light is upgrading it’s power plant on Hutchinson Island which will attract 4,000 temporary workers by the end of December. That is a real boon to the local business! Larry Pelton, president of the St. Lucie County Economic Development Councel said that putting more effort into working with existing companies is a quicker fix for the economy. Of course the Economic Development Council continues to attract new business to the area as well....
